Hello everyone,
I am sorry for my absence, work and life have taken over at the moment and I am still trying to keep afloat with it all.
Work has suddenly got majorly busy and I have suddenly been given half a dozen more assignments to do. So in-between working and studying I have been sleeping, eating and working out (well two hours a week is good enough for the moment).
Toby and I went back to Somerset the weekend and spent some quality time with my family and my adorable nephew. We popped into Bristol on the Saturday to see the Shaun in the city Sheep which was fun :) and I got slightly wet in the water feature there.

I have now returned home and went straight back to work on Monday. It felt like the whole relaxing weekend disappeared with the stress and tiredness coming back instantly.
This week I am planning to get ready for my 5K Pretty Muddy next Saturday, it will mark the end of my 12 week personal training with Polly. I have no idea where those 12 weeks have flown to but I can't remember them at all.
I will return later in the week with an update and a round up to my personal training.
