Hello, I have come out of hibernation today from a very busy couple months with work, home studying,  household chores, sleeping and the tiny bit of relaxing I have done. Today though I managed to have nearly a whole day in the craft room finishing my journal book except for the hour of Zumba (The winter layer needs to start shredding off). The project is for the Stamp N Craft design team.

I have got the idea of a old post on The Paper Trail blog. I have changed the sizes slightly to meet my specifications.

For this project I have used:

• Essentials - DST, Scissors, Cutter, Hougie Board.
• 2 1/2 sheets of A3 paper
• Paper from Papermania Happy Days 12 x 12 pack
• Tim Holtz distress inks
• Spellbinder Romantic Rectangle Die and Moroccan Accents Die

This Journal will keep all my sewing, patch and knitting projects inside for easy guidance if I want to do the project again.


Before I leave I would like to say thank you to Kelly for her present she gave me. It is a lovely folder that has colour guide sheets inside for my Spectrum Noir pens.

Hello bloggers, today I had a lovely set from Kanban to work with which had some butterfly toppers in, they were on a sheet of acetate which means they are sturdy and lovely to work with.

I had brought a blank clock from Stamp N Craft and covered it in a piece of paper from the North Country stack I brought from Stamp N Craft. Glued three butterflies and a border to the paper and perfect a simple but nice clock ready to be hung in my craft room. I am going to add some Stickles to the snowflakes in future as I ran out yesterday :(

Today I have made a simple but beautiful card using the Autumn - Berry set from House Mouse.

Here is my card I made out of the fabulous Harlequin Christmas set.


I used VersaMark to stamp the two images onto white card, I then heat embossed them with Red and Gold embossing powder. Once then had cooled I distressed the background stamped image with frayed burlap distress ink and I also distressed a rectangle piece of white card slightly bigger then the main stamped image and layered them together on a blank white card. On the building of the main stamped image I have filled it with Stickles (Crystal) and coloured two snowflakes and a reindeer from a selection of wooden Christmas images. All items that I used on this card was purchased from Stamp N Craft.

I have only just started making Christmas cards which I was hoping to start months ago, I was behind last year by leaving them last minute but now I am slowing starting to make some so hopefully I can have plenty this year.

As people may have notice from my blogs I love Saturated Canary images lately. So of course my cards had to involve her new Christmas image.





With only 84 days until Chirstmas I best get cracking on.

Hello fellow crafters, I just thought I best check in and update my blog as I haven't wrote on here for a while.

I have been so busy lately working, completing my diploma only 6 and half more assignments to do. Hopefully I finish by late October and then I can get back in to crafting again. I have also been busy getting ready for my driving test in THREE weeks time eek :S then I have to find a car which seems a nightmare finding the right one.

I have just been on holiday so thought I would share some of the photos taken.
