Personal Training - the start of my new lifestyle.

After many years of neglecting my body and allowing myself to become 2 and half stone heavier then I use to be, I am actually doing something about it. My future goal and the person I dream to become is in my mind willing me to slim down and tone up. After years of countless gym memberships, weight loss groups and replacement meal products, I believe I have finally found the help i need. After some searching on the internet I came across pollys personal trainer page and the thought of someone being there for 12 weeks getting me closer to my goal was inspiring. I tossed the idea around in my mind for a couple of days whether the money would be worth it. I finally sent polly a email and she organised to come to me for the induction.



Since that meeting I have taken measurements, weighed myself, set my goal and got my before photos stored safely in the back of my phone where no one (even Toby) can see them. I am currently on week one and it is going wonderfully. The only downfall so far is getting my eating habits into shape as work shifts are unsettled right now.


I want to stop finding excuses in life for why I need that extra portion or why we should get takeaway. It's my choice and if I change my life now I will soon thank myself in a years time instead of ignoring the problem and wishing I did something about it.

I will return with updates on my first week with Polly and how I feel afterwards.
